Unable to start trial for Netgear Armor

I am trying to activate the trial to the Netgear Armor on my RBR20, however, I receive a Failed to Subscribe message along with a message to try again. I have attempted several times but no luck. I have also tried to enable/disable remote access but that didnt solve the problem. Any thoughts?

Trying to activate and pay for Netgear Armour and keep getting "Activation Failed" - Error Failed to Subscribe. Latest firmware has been applied.

        Hi darkol1

Kindly try enabling/disabling remote management using the Orbi App.

Did you purchase Armor using the Orbi app or a website?

        Regards,

  • I'm also not able to start the free trial. After I hit activate it comes back with "Error -- Failed to subscribe". It's been like this for a long time and I would like to be using the security. Can someone from NG please contact me on this? I looked but can't find a solution.

  •  Similar to others here, I am unable to start the Armor trial on my Orbi 750.  I have already tried enabling and disabling remote management.  I get a "failed to subscribe" error.
