I can not receive the circle pass code
My wifi AP is Nighthawk R7000.
Recently, my cell phone OS was broken and reset it.
Then I found I cannot login the circle.
It always asks me to enter the "Passcode".
as I remember, I didn't setup my cell phone number into circle.
is it possible to reset my account.

I tried the methods from this website.
But all of them are not working for me.
I still cannot get the passcode.
As I remember, I didn't register any phone number to Circle.
It is weird for me, how to send the passcode to me.
Why not send the code to my account mail?
