Orbi RBR50 parental controls not working

I have an RBR50 and two RBS50 satellites that work great. I purchased a Parental Controls subscription about 2 years ago, and I noticed in the last 3 months that it no longer works. I have been attempting to fix this issue for a few weeks now but to no avail. Specifically, I have reset my Orbi system several times, and I have updated my firmware twice. The router and two satellites are now running the latest v2.7.5.4

Completely stumped and frustrated…
