Unable to connect circle app with Nighthawk R7960P Router

 

I am using the Nighthawk R7960P router with the Circle app. I have been using the circle app for over two years, and I turned off the internet for my son's laptop. Now the circle app is not able to connect Netgear router. I always get an error message saying, "Can't connect Circle". I tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, and installing the app on android and iOS devices, but no luck. Any help on this issue?

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?

    What NH app version are you using? 

    Apple or Android? 


    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Have you powered OFF the ISP modem, router and your mobile phone for 1 minute then back ON and see if the NH Circle app can connect to the router?
