Any virus protection programs running?
Any updates to the router firmware or other programs?
Any changes to your setup?
I know these questions sound old but Genie and some programs love to war.

Webroot is my anti virus, I keep everything updated but no major changes,

Disable Webroot for a few minutes and try your Genie app.
