App crashing windows 10

Genie keeps crashing, the "solved" link goes to a download that doesnt exist.

  • Any virus protection programs running?

    Any updates to the router firmware or other programs?

    Any changes to your setup?

    I know these questions sound old but Genie and some programs love to war.

      Webroot is my anti virus, I keep everything updated but no major changes,

        Disable Webroot for a few minutes and try your Genie app.

         

  • Every 15 minutes or so Netgear Genie keeps stopping and giving me the "genie has stopped working" message. Here is the details of the event in my event log.
