Cannot remote access through netgenie since app update
Does not show list of routers.
When I try to turn on "enable remote access" it says this product is already registered to another account.

Is it already registered to another account, or was it registered to your myNetgear account?
I've seen the similar message - suspect this is a false indication, and happens if the cloud infrastructure is not reachable.

I have very limited knowledge about any of this. All I know is after the app update I was no longer able to use remote access and therefor can no longer lock my kids out of the internet when I'm away from home. - ppd6016InitiateI am having same issue. Hopefully someone will post a solution. Maybe Netgear did it intentionally in order to force all of us to purchase support time
