Cannot remote access through netgenie since app update

Does not show list of routers.
When I try to turn on "enable remote access" it says this product is already registered to another account.

  • Is it already registered to another account, or was it registered to your myNetgear account?

     

    I've seen the similar message - suspect this is a false indication, and happens if the cloud infrastructure is not reachable.

    I have very limited knowledge about any of this. All I know is after the app update I was no longer able to use remote access and therefor can no longer lock my kids out of the internet when I'm away from home.
  • I am having same issue. Hopefully someone will post a solution. Maybe Netgear did it intentionally in order to force all of us to purchase support time
