cannot sign into Netgear account using Nighthawk app on my Samsung S23

To use the Nighthawk app I have to first sign onto my Netgear account. However, when I input my user name and password, I get an error message that says "Device not recognized" and will not log me in.  Login Denied

How do I rectify this??? 

I have no issue signing in with my laptop or desktop so confusing

    Which username and password are you entering?

     

    That final stage is to enter the username (admin) and password for managing the router.

     

    This is the same details that you use when logging into the browser graphical user interface (GUI) using a wired connection to the router.

      I am entering my user name and password for Netgear account as the prompt asks, not the username and password for managing the router itself.  They are independent of each other

  • Try switch of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and make login using mobile internet.

    I have the same problem. S23 Ultra. And it's works for me.
