cannot update firmware DGND3700v2
I'm on Firmware Version V1.1.00.23_1.00.23, trying to get to .26.
If I use the 'Wizard' it find the update, says it's installing it, then towards the finish brings up the HTTP authentication dialog box, only it refreshes every 2 seconds so I don't have enough time to put in my credentials before it then closes and reopens the dialog box. ***Edit - I tried this again using routerlogin.net rather than the IP address, and I didn't get the repeated prompts for credentials. However, the upgrade didn't actually succeed (as per manual process below) and I'm still on .23***
If I do it manually, it appears to work just fine, but at the end of the process I'm still on the same firmware version.
Other than that, the unit has worked pretty well. I'm not having any problems with it otherwise.
Does anyone have any ideas on what to do next?

Which version of .26 did you download? There are two. It may be a zip file which needs to be unzipped before installing.

Thanks Searay
For the manual update, I chose the non-North America file from here https://www.netgear.com/support/product/DGND3700v2.aspx?cid=wmt_netgear_organic#download
Yes, I do have a non-US version :smileyhappy:
It was a zip file, and I unzipped it. If you try to load a zip file you get an error, which I didn't receive. It appears to upload and install normally, but the installed firmware version never updates.
For the auto update, there is no choice to make and I'm getting the same result.
If you've got any other suggestions on things to check I'd really appreciate it!

You're Welcome
You might leave well enough alone, Meaning it's working and everything going forward is a ____ shoot. Reset to factory defaults and try again if you insists.
Good Luck!
