Can't disable devices on Nighthawk R7000
My problem is very simple. Hopefully there's an answer. I've done as much searching as I could, but I can't find any problems remotely similar to mine. Basically I'm using the Nighthawk app to manage a router through Anywhere Access. Up until two nights ago I was able to Pause/Resume internet access to devices, but now Device Manager only shows me the signal strength/connection type. I've also noticed that a few of the features from the page of the router in Nighthawk app have disapeared ("Security" is one of them).
Does anyone have an idea of what happened or what I can do to fix this? My device information is:
Model: AC1900 R7000
Firmware: v1.0.9.88

May you provide us with the current Nighthawk app version you have installed (iOS or Android).
