Cant login to openDNS from genie

Question

My router is a DGN2200&nbsp;A few problems - how do I know what version I have as it does not seem to say anywhere - does that mean that this version will not work with Genie?I managed to use the Genie App the first time I login in and changed the parental controls itbut now it comes back with the message"Netgear router not found or is not supported. Make sure that your mobile device is not connected to the router's guest network and the the iPv6 is not enabled"&nbsp;Okay so how do I know if I am connected to the "guest network"??What is iPv6?Is my login what is written on my router?I am finding this really hard to navigate through please help

Hi thanks very much that is great - how do I just put the rules in place for my kids laptops - how do I find what they are called on the network.

Thanks for this - but I am not sure how I don't block everyone - how do I set my computer to have access.&nbsp; Also do you know if the Genie App works on a mac as it sure does not work on my phone, it willnot let me login.&nbsp; It worked the very first time and I was really impressed but would love to get that happening again.
