Circle safe search not working

When I first setup circle on my tablet safe search was working well. After I added all my devices and changed so of the other configuration options I tested everything again. Now safe search doesn't work and YouTube searches that were working no longer work. In fact, I can't seem to get amazon prime or YouTube to work at all. So circle is completely useless, as it isn't filtering unwanted items, and is filtering items that I do want. Any suggestions?

    1. What is the firmware version of the R7000?

    2. What is the operating system (Android or iOS) of the device that you used to configure the Circle settings?

    3. Does the issue (wrong filtering) persist on all your devices?

    4. Have you tried resetting the router?

      Sorry, but I have been to busy to try again. Just updated to the latest firmware, still not working.

      1. What is the firmware version of the R7000?
      Firmware is V1.0.9.18_1.2.27.

      2. What is the operating system (Android or iOS) of the device that you used to configure the Circle settings?
      Android marshmallow.

      3. Does the issue (wrong filtering) persist on all your devices?
      Yes. The "safe search" function does not work correctly on any device.

      4. Have you tried resetting the router?
      Yes, I have restarted the router multiple times.

        Same things are happening with us. At first Safe Search set Google Safe Search on all devices. Recently, that has stopped working on all devices. Then, even more recently, the Ad Blocking filter is no longer working. As we are paying Circle for their premium features, I am quite upset that there seems to be nowhere to get support or even report issues.
