Device Manager not showing any connected devices
I am using the NightHawk app with my NightHawk router. The device manager used to work fine. I believe there was an update recently. Now the device manager doesnt work, shows no devices connected. I have the latest available firmware and the latest app version from the app store. Please advise.

Which Nighthawk router?
What firmware version?
Claims of "the latest" is not a reliable or helpful indicator when troubleshooting. It depends on how you check the firmware version.
People turn up here all the time mistakenly making the "latest firmware" claim.
The on-board check for new firmware is unreliable. It can miss updates, especially when you are a long way behind the latest. It can also be a while before updates hit the automated update servers.
The best way to check is to visit the support pages for your device and to look at the library of available updates.

Feed in your model number and look for firmware for your device.
The release notes should also tell you how to manually update the firmware.- ChrisR11TutorMike,
IOS: 17.3.1
Hardware Version: RAX43
Firmware Version: 1.0.16.132
My claim of having the latest firmware is based on using the product as intended for the consumer, via its built in update checker.
Additionally, I can see the connected devices when logged in directly to the router via local IP. So this appears to be localized to the ios app. Also looks like this bug has been reported a few times in this forum over the last few years.
Clicking device manager in the app just shows 0 devices and says “sorry, your device list failed to load. Try again later”.

In your case, it is behaving as it should.

The app can use a local connection via your own wifi network, or Anywhere Access via MyNetgear and the Netgear cloud system.
Also looks like this bug has been reported a few times in this forum over the last few years.Afraid so, and the iOS versions seems to be especially fragile.
I have not seen any thorough and reliable way of fixing this. You can try removing and reinstalling the app. Or, if the iOS app is like the Android version, shake the phone and report the problem.
Please post a picture of the NH app device manager page please.
What NH app version is loaded on the mobile device?
Is the NH app using Anywhere access or Local Access?
How was the router set up initially? Router web page or NH mobile app?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
