MR60 router shows "ghost" MS60 satellite

Nighthawk app "Network Map" shows 4 satellites attached when there are only 3.

The fourth is highlighted in red and does not exist. I suspect it has retained the address of a previous failed satellite that was replaced but can find no way to delete it.

Any suggestions?

Also selecting a satellite that really does exist on Network Map shows zero devices attached when there are, in fact, several.

  • One of the RECOMMENDATIONS indicated a Factory reset.

    This resolved the issue.

Thanks to FURRYe38 for getting involved.  Couldn't find a way to flag post as "Solved".

Does the same thing appear on the MRs web page or just the 3 MS?
