Nighthaw App stopped working

Question

Hello,I just noticed that when I enable Circle on the web, I can't login to my Nighthawk App on my phone. I tried to reset the app but it just shows login timeout. It only work again if I disable Circle on the web. Is this normal or I have to do something to get both Circle and Nighthawk apps work together?

I'm not sure if this related to Circle or not. I can't find any post related to this.

You do something to Circle. Your router does strange things.

If I use Circle Parental Control, then I can't no longer login to the Nighthawk app. I contacted to Netgear about this but they haven't found a solution for this.
