Nighthawk app on Android is crashing
I have RAX70 router and Nighthawk app version 2.43.0.5521 on my mobile setup.
On the app, I have setup profile for my kids in Device Manager. On the profile I set policy like bedtime, usage time etc is set. This has been working for last 2 years now. For the last two weeks or so, whenever I navigate to profile section on the app, my app crashes. It happens again and again and also on my other devices.
If I navigate to any other section of the app, app does not crash on my phone.
I have tried reinstalling app, tried to update the app, update router. Everything is up to date, but app keeps crashing. Anyone has seen this and what is the fix?

What device is it? What version of android is it?
Yes I have tested on multiple devices, Samsung galaxy 24, google pixel 7pro, xiaomi ipad. All latest upgraded version of OS and pathing.
You have a newer version it looks like?
I'm on 2.43.0.4421what version of android are you on? I'm on 14?

Mine has also recently started crashing, i've tried everything mentioned in this thread. I have an older Samsung Note 5, so theirs another device to add to the list.
On opening this one profile it restarts the nighthawk application, when i click on the same profile the 2nd time it crashes.
This profile only has one connected device, when i move this device to another profile, that profile crashes also.
Recreating the profile doesn't resolve. If it was the device, why does the initial profile still crash (even after deleting the cache)

5 minutes later, its crashing when opening all profiles now đ
Can submit a bug report thru the app:
- bletomomInitiateI spoke with support, they had me turn off cell data, and any where access. This worked for 5 minutes, then crashed again. I've rebooted everything, reinstalled app twenty times, and it still crashes. It is from an update in January.
The update needs to be fixed ASAP.Keep in contact with NG support on this.

My app started crashing too.
I've tried everything. Firmware, phone update, reboots, new profiles. The only thing that gets it to work for even minutes is new profiles. This is absurd.
You have non-stop reports from customers that your product is crashing. Bug reports have been filed.- Ben-CInitiate

Just adding to the general complaints, already submitted a bug report. App crashes if I go to a profile, etc etc
