Nighthawk RS-700

How do you use the Nighthawk App to change or access Access Control? I recently used a web browser to log into the router but the access control section was blank. It says you can use the Nighthawk Appnto access or change this feature, but I do not see how.

Please confirm whether Smart Parental Controls (SPC) has been enabled on this system.

"intruders" implies that people are able to connect to the router WiFi (or plug in an Ethernet cable?).  When SPC is not enabled, there is usually an option on Access Control to allow/disallow "new devices".  I have never enabled SPC, and have no idea whether a similar feature exists when using SPC.

That feature is now App Only. It isn't there with a web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI).

Mine is also blank. It says to use Nighthawk app. I find it hard to use and does not effectively block intruders . You have to manually block them.

Access Controls should be seen in the WEB UI, only if you enabled Smart Parental Controls or subscribe to that feature, then Access Controls doesn't appear on the routers WEB UI.

Should be able to select a device under Devices and there is a pause button that you can select to stop access if needed.
