Where do I manage cloud storage?
Can't update images on my Meural because it shows cloud storage is full. Deleted two galleries and it didn't delete them from cloud storage.
Loved my Meural before Netgear bought them. Now I loathe the support experience. Hope someone is watching who can clear this up. Needs to have a knowledge base article written about it.

Welcome to the NETGEAR community!
I understand that you would like to free the cloud storage space on your Meural Canvas.
To free cloud storage space, you will need to remove the media from the "Uploads" folder.
Please follow the steps below to remove unwanted photos from your Meural Canvas uploads:
- Navigate to my.meural.com
- Select your initials
- Now, Select uploads
- Then, Remove the desired works to free space from your cloud storage.

It seems very counter intuitive that deleting a playlist doesn't delete the file from cloud storage. How do I tell which images are still in playlists? I need to delete dozens or more images and can't tell in that screen what it is safe to delete? This seems like a gaping hole in how the user interface works that should have been repaired long ago.
I have a grandfathered frame. If I subscribe to the monthly service do I get more cloud storage? If I then cancel the membership what happens to my Meural? I'm happy to live within the space constraints of the on board memory ( I think, or have I actually been depending on the cloud space to hold the images all this time?)

Does removing them from Uploads also remove them from the meural? I only see a fraction of the images actually on my canvas in the uploads area.

- To manage the images that are in a playlist navigate to my.meural.com >Select your initials> Then, Select playlists.
- With a Meural Membership you will get 20GB of cloud storage, and access to over 30,000 artworks.
- Removing media from Uploads will remove the media from your Meural Canvas if it is not stored on your onboard storage.

So if it says on Meural it will stay on the Meural? How then do I clean up the Meural storage? Does deleting a playlist delete it from the meural?
