MK83 - Satellite Will Not Connect
I have a "NETGEAR Nighthawk Tri-band Whole Home Mesh WiFi 6 System (MK83) - AX3600 Router with 2 Satellite Extenders, Coverage up to 6,750 sq. ft. and 40+ devic" system and 1 addon MS80 satellite. One of the satellites refuse to sync up with the mesh system. I'm not sure if the problem satellite came with the system or if it's the addon but that may be irrelevant to the issue. I've moved the satellite closer to the router however I am still unable to sync the satellite. What else can I try?
Thanks!
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

What FW version is on the MR and other MS units?
The FW version needs to be the same across all units.
I'd turn OFF the other MS and bring the add-on on to the same room as the MR. Ethernet connect it to the back of the MR and see if you can find the IP address on the MRs web page for the MS. Use this IP address to log into the add-on MS web page and see what version is there or then manually update the FW on this MS by downloading the FW files from NGs download page.

Hi FURRYe38,
Great suggestion. I did as you described. I was able to access the addon satellite while hard wired and it has the same firmware version as the rest of the devices which is the latest version (1.1.7.12). Should I try reinstalling the firmware on the satellite or is there something else I should try next? Thanks for your help!

Latest is v.14:
I would get these files downloaded first, update ALL MS first by directly uploading the MS FW file to the MS web page, then update the MR lastly.
