I've been having intermittent failures with my new router as show in the following log file. Is this normal? If not, what can I do to correct it.?

    1. what firmware are you on?

    2. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
    3. how often is it happening?

    4. does it happen to just wired devices or do wired drop as well?

    5. what fixes the issue?

      1. I have the current firmware, updated when the product was installed about two weeks ago. The modem firmware is V1.01.14

      2. It's connected to the Netgear DOCSIS 3.0 16 DS 4 US modem

      3. It occurs as often as shown in the log file I sent

      4. I don't have any wired devices.

      5. It recovers by itself.

In addition to this question, I get what appears to be halts for buffering near the beginning of most programs. I say "appears to be buffering because I have no way to know it that's actually what it is.

The firmware in my router is Version  V1.1.6.124_2.0.59

Sorry for the earlier lack of info.

so the goal is to figure out where exactly the issue is coming from.

If you have no wired devices and your getting a lan fail notice, the only thing connected with ethernet is the modem.

so is the error coming from the modem or the router side.

Do you have a screen snip of the modems cable connection page and event logs?

have you replaced the cable between modem/router?
