MS60 has a white blinking light and webui says it is offline

My MS60 has a white blinking light and im getting no signal from it. The web interface says that satellite is offline. Both my satellites are hardwired to a switch.

Ive tried restarting the following:
MS60
MR60
Modem
Network switch

It is only a couple days old everything worked when I installed it as of thrusday it is now sunday and one wont do anything. Is there a fix or shouldI send it back?

When you installed it, did you update the firmware on the router and the satellite? Those things get a bit funky when they have different firmware versions.

It the satellite wired to the router or connected by wireless?

Did you do all that in the right order?

    • Turn off and unplug modem.
    • Turn off router and computers.
    • Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    • Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    • Turn on satellite, computers and rest of network.

What is the modem? Make and model?

What is the network switch and where is it on the network?

I did not update the firmware when i installed everything.

The router is plugged into a no-name unmanaged switch (that does work), with a cable going directly to the working satellite, then another going to a tp link unmanaged switch(also works) which plugs into the non-working satellite.

When I went through the setup both satellites showed up in the webui and said backhaul status good.

Im not sure what order i took everyrhing down in but the when coming back up I started whith the modem and router, when those connected I did the switches then satellites, my basement satellite connected just fine. The 2nd satellite still had the white light.

        Looks like a basic modem.

But I am a bit lost here.

Is this modem > router > switch > satellite?

Are we talking about two satellites?

        modem > router > switch > satellite > switch > satellite?

        Something else?

Might be a good idea. These thing rarely arrive with the latest firmware in place.
