Dont working xr500
Good day community! I have a problem with the XR500 router. Stopped working normally. It does not load to the end, does not work wifi, does not go to routerlogin and does not ping its IP address. When turned on, power lights up in orange, and after 15 seconds any connected cable (1-4). 2 flashing options did not work. The reset did not work. It goes into flashing mode when holding the reset and turning on the power (in white).

Make sure power adapter is connected to a 110V power supply or source. Review the Power adapter sticker for power voltage and amp input requirements.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.Does the Power and internet LED on the top show AMBER or WHITE?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

The power LED at the top is yellow.
The Internet LED does not glow in any color.
