Massive internet speed drop from router to computer

Having massive speed drops, internet from modem direct to computer 115mbps, when running through router hardwired into computer only getting 4mbps, called internet provider and all working on there end and to router. Reset router and router is showing 115mbps upon resetting and then once fully setup running speed test is only 4mbps I am at a loss not sure if firmware is what is causing issue or some settings, firmware is up to date.

- Have you enabled QoS at all? Is that through a wired test you're receiving the low speeds? Do you get higher speeds when using WiFi?
I have used Qos on and with it off seleted to never but speeds are still very slow, I have run a speed test on WIFI and the wifi is getting 100mbps but the wired connnection only 4mbps
- Could you provide a screenshot of the Device Manager table view please?
