I love this router, don't get me wrong, I love Netgear products. I have been a faithful user and product promoter for ALL work I do residential and commercial work, pull wires, terminate, etc.
I can NOT get half of the R-Apps to load at any regular interval to save my life.
I have upped the load times to 5.
I am using firmware v1.0.1.36
I can NOT access ANY R-apps.....
What is the issue that is preventing them from loading. I need to get access to those fields.
PLEASE get back to me or ANYONE that may have a work around let me know.

I'd suggest you upgrade to the latest firmware:
https://www.netgear.com/support/product/XR500#Firmware%20Version%202.3.2.66
Please also perform a factory reset after the upgrade to ensure you're starting from a clean slate and see if the issue persists!
