XR 500 - High Ping under load
Hi! So I have this problem with very high ping under load. Speed and ping test is great, but download under load has very high spikes.
A friend of mine has the same router and internet actually and he always gets A+ and his gaming has very little lag/delay while I can barely play. Could anyone please help?

How do you currently have QoS configured?
As a test, could you please go to QoS and set the two sliders in Congestion Control to be 70%. Set Congestion Control to 'Always' also.
Then, go back to Connection Benchmark and run another test, take a screenshot of those results and send that over.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?How are you connected to the router? Wired or wireless?
- Latest firmware is v.2 3.2.130, my friend has the same one. Its connected to a home router (zyxel), its connected through bridge mode. Funny thing is my friend has the exact same setup, extremely strange really..
Here is the test by the way with sliders at 70/70.Was Congestion Control set to 'Always' when you ran this test?
Are all devices on the network connected to the XR500 or are some still connected to the upstream ISP router/modem?
What speeds do you expect to get from your ISP, are they approximately what you're seeing in Connection Benchmark?
