Xr500 Constantly rebooting !

hello

 

i bought Nighthawk XR500 about 9 months ago from newegg the router itself is great , amazing wi-fi range ,qos , geo filter and all other features are great but it is been constantly rebooting for no reason , i tried everything including rollingback on previous updates , change 2.4 and 5 Ghz channels and enable anti buffer bloat but unfortunately nothing seems to work it is keeping to reboot sometimes it doesn't reboot for a week then it would reboot 4 or 5 times in 1 hour

  • Sorry to hear you're having this issue, do you have the router plugged into a power extender by any chance? If so plug it directly into the wall and see if that resolves the issue.

    What Firmware is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

        Might reset, manual download v32, factory reset and setup from scratch and see.
