XR500 loses connection to xbox one x briefly

Question

I have a Xbox one x that is hard wired into the router,&nbsp; the past couple of days when I play xbox every other hour I get a notification that connection is lost and I see the light for my LAN device turn off but a minute later it pops back up and everything is working fine.&nbsp; Every other wireless device is still connected.&nbsp; I did a factory reset on my modem and router yet it still happens.&nbsp; I checked another post and saw a hot fix file to update the router with but it didn't help and continues to happen..&nbsp; My speeds occasionaly drop from 350 download to 20 download and I will reboot the router and it goes back up to 350 but it gets annoying to do that everytime.

Could you double check to see if you connect it via WiFi if you get the same issue or if it works without disconnecting please?

It only disconnects randomly when its wired but I experiance really slow speeds on both wired and wireless.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Lets try to resolve the disconnection issue first, could you give the Xbox a static/reserved IP in LAN Settings please and see if that resolves the issue.

I did the ip address reservation for the xbox and have not had any dissconects today so I think that problem is resolved thank you.&nbsp; Earlier today I was downloading things and my xbox one x was the only device connected to the router but I would get around a 3 mbps and sometimes low kbps, those speeds were weirdly low since i have a 300 mbps plan from my isp.&nbsp; Thank you again for your help i have been looking for a solution for a long time to get stable speeds.
