XR500 Return Instructions
So since the RX500 model does not handle the basic functions of staying connected, Can I get the instructions to facilitate a return of the product for a full refund? I believe the instructions were to not take it back to the location of purchase but to go back to the vendor.
Thanks in advance... so tired of dealing with this.

I would accept a working router as well, if you have one of those.
