XR500 Return Instructions

Question

So since the RX500 model does not handle the basic functions of staying connected, Can I get the instructions to facilitate a return of the product for a full refund? I believe the instructions were to not take it back to the location of purchase but to go back to the vendor.

Thanks in advance... so tired of dealing with this.

If you want a refund then you would need to go back to the retailer you purchased from I believe.

Do you think I can get a working one or is the problem with the software on the units them selves?

It's very hard to say, not everyone experiences it but I believe it is a software issue so you may not experience it on the new one but possible you would.
