Can't connect to Orbi WiFi Network
Hi everyone,
I can't connect to the Orbi WiFi network. I have run through the setup process, there is internet (on both smart phone and laptop), but the orbi app cannot detect the network. Says: "Go to Settings > WiFi and join your router's WiFi network. I don't understand this, since I am already on this network.
It was impossible to indicate in this form, but it actually concerns model RBK13 Orbi AC1200.
Your help would be much appreciated!

What modem are you connected to? (brand and model #)
You see issues like this a lot with double nat. Meaning your running a modem/router combo device and orbi.

The modem is a Cisco EPC310.

are you able to go through the setup process on a device hardwired into the router? (Not using the app for setup? )
