Orbi App everything Red

I have updated my Orbi to RBE771 and RBE770 via the app from my old RB50 system. The app is showing everything as RED but I am on line with my phone and iMac.

 

RBE770 on latest firmware as updated 

iPhone iOS 26.0.1

      Thanks Kevin, I reinstalled the app and it fixed the issue completely. It’s interesting how some updates cause this kind of sync problem. I’ve seen similar behavior in the Honissta app as well, where reinstalling helps refresh everything properly.

    What version of FW did you load? 

     

    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? 
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. 

     

    Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

    Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?
    Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
    Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on computers and rest of network.
