Orbi App Not Connecting even on Wifi

I've been having this issue for quite some time now where I need to delete the Orbi App and reinstall it in order for me to get into the Orbi settings from the Orbi App, even though I'm on the same WIFI network on my phone as the router.  

 

Is there some kind of setting that I need to adjust to stop this from happening?   App version is up to date as I re-installed it last night.

    Hi DustinG, 

     

    May you provide us with the model number of your router and current firmware version its on? I would also recommend updating to iOS 14.2 if you haven't done so already.

      I believe the firmware version is 2.7.0.28?
      That is what it shows at teh bottom of the app when "Detecting Product" is on the screen

      Apple iOS software is 14.1 but I do not see an option to upgrade as it says "Your software is up to date"

      I reinstalled this app last week, worked fine for a week and now is having trouble connecting

        Hi Dustin, 

         

        Thanks for the info. May you reinstall the Orbi app again and check to see what version installs and provide the version number to me. I would also recommend rebooting your phone to check for the iOS 14.2 update.
