My Orbi 13 has stopped connecting to my Hot Tub am iAqua app. I am told that the app will only connect to if the unit is set at 2.4 or 2.5 Gigs, but I can't locate where in the app I can check or adj...

Nevermind. Will reach out to the hot tub app. We have an Orbi 13 with model number RBR660. I don't see the 2 digits on the label.
We were using a NightHawk for the hot tub but had to disconnect it. Are you saying Orbi won't work at 2.4G?

Might see if your RBR has a separate IoT network. Not sure on this model Orbi system if it does or not. If it does, then you can use the IoT network to setup a 2.4Ghz only network.
Some Mfrs of these devices fail in there setup software to allow the mobile phone or pad to work with devices on 2.4Ghz, there software, and 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz being on the same network. Mfrs limit there SW to have the phone or pad that needs to be on 2.4Ghz, when both frequencies are on same network.
