Orbi App iOS 2.45.1.1 is experiencing a time out issue when trying to view Device Manager. This started after resetting Orbi router and satellite to factory and re-configuring it.
Orbi RBE870 Firmware V10.5.18.3_1.1.27

This did not work for me. Still receiving the login timeout message after uninstalling and reinstalling the Nighthawk v2.45.1 app. Running iOS 18.5. Nighthawk RAK75.

Update: I am now able to login to the app after deleting and reinstalling the app AND rebooting the router.

Update#2: The login timeout quickly returned. After answering the app setup questions I “thought” I saw that it was connected to the router but apparently wasn’t or was short lived. I was prompted to login again and received the login timeout message.
The new app update DID NOT FIX the issue for me.

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch usnig the Orbi app?

I can also confirm that the new app does NOT solve the timeout issue.
iOS 18.5
iPhone 15
RBK20-100UKS
Rather frustrating at this point.

Correction. It did fix the timeout issue. I was actually seeing a different error related to an incorrect admin password. I have a password manager and had a custom admin password but it still did not work. I simply reset the admin password and it is now working.
So after resetting the admin PW, are you using same admin PW or something different?

I can confirm that the new app did solve the timeout issue for me. It was broken, but after the app update it now works.
iOS 18.5
