[ORBI] Network map not displaying any devices on iOS
Hello,
I can't see any devices connected to my router/ sattelite in the network map on iOS. Works for 2-3 days after factory reset and then always disappears ("No Connected Device Found").
My setup is an RBR50 router, an RBS50 satelitte and an RBS20 satelitte. The iOS app is on version 2.4.21.5 (and it was already not working in the previous app version). Firemware version is 2.5.18 on the RBS/R50 and 2.3.5.26 on the RBS20. I was previously on the latest firmewares for both product families but downgraded based on a comment I had seen here (but didn't fix anything).
I've tried various firmeware, rebooting the system, relaunching the app and factory reset of the devices. The factory reset worked (i.e., the network map showed which devices were connected on which satelitte) but after 2-3 days it once again stopped working ("No Connected Device Found"), without any input on my end. I tested on various iOS devices and the same issue exists.
It seems to be a bug either with the router (some data corruption on the devices types/ names/ etc.?) or with the iOS app. If it helps debugging what might be happening, I noticed that the device manager displays all my devices as "Unkown" when I know that previously in the network map they were correctly identified (e.g., smart speaker/ camera/ etc.).
Curious if anyone has had a similar issue, if there is a different way to see the devices/ satelitte pairing and how we can escalate this as a bug for the dev team to fix. It's a key feature for me that helps me understand why certain devices might be experiencing slower connection...
Thanks for the help!

Hi Rloving,
May you try reinstalling the Orbi app and performing a factory reset on the Orbi units.
Thanks,Christian

For the first week I could see all devices connected to my router and for some reason it now shows no devices which I know is not correct. I made no changes to my router or software - this view seems to have disappeared. I need help to restore this view.
