RBR20 Anywhere Access "This Netgear device is already registered with another account"
Set up: RBR20 and 1 Satellite
Firmware 2.7.4.24
iOS Orbi App 2.30.2.14
I am connected locally (via WiFi) using the Orbi app on an iPhone (iOS 17) or iPad (iOS 17) logged in as "admin" user.
Settings > Anywhere Access > Enable Anywhere Access results in an error message "The NETGEAR device is already registered with another account".
Sometimes the (completely unhelpful) error message is "Some error occurred while enabling/disabling Anywhere Access"
How can I resolve this so I can enable Anywhere Access?
Thanks!

https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx- Does this serial number appear as registered to you on my.netgear.com?

I checked my.netgear.com and don't have any products registered.
I bought the product brand new from Costco or BestBuy and it didn't look used. I've been using it for over 2 years but never tried to set up Anywhere Access before now.
When I tried to register my Orbi I got the following, so I've contacted NETGEAR Support.
