RBR50v2 IOS Orbi appwill not find devices with latest firmware
The IOS Orbi App Device Manager displays the following message with firmware version V2.7.4.24.
"Sorry, your device list failed to load. Please try again later."
The last firmware version that worked as expected with the Orbi App is V2.7.2.102.
With forced firmware updates I cannot fall back to a version that will work.
It seems the issue is with the app/firmware interface, but it is hard to tell.
Any help would be apprciated.

I understand that you are having issues with your Device Manager on your Orbi App.
Are using our current Orbi app version 2.21.0.329?

Yes, Orbi app version 2.21.0.329.
I have deleted and re-installed from the app store multiple times all with the same result.
Thanks

I too can see devices with the admin login. It is just the Orbi app that can not get the device information.

Interestingly, the app shows my network map just fine. When I click on each particular device in the map, it shows the no devices found error. I sent in a formal ticket to Netgear customer service about this issue with screenshots from the app showing the exact issue. Hopefully they will get it resolved. I enjoyed being able to view and rename devices on my network.
