Wired Devices not showing on Orbi App
I have two devices (Playstations) that I want to pause at certain times. I can do this when they connect to WIFI, but I purposely purchased an additional satellite so I could hardwire the two Playstations to achieve better speeds. However, hardwiring them into the satellite means they dont appear in the device list and available for me to add into a group under the parent controls.
Any ideas to fix this?

What Orbi system model do you have?
What firmware version is loaded on the system?
What model# additional satellite did you get?
Does the playstaions connect to the RBR and are seen there?
Are the game consoles seen on the RBRs web page at all?
Not sure why my last attempt didnt post.
What Orbi system model do you have? Its the 770
What firmware version is loaded on the system? Its the same on all nodes being V10.5.20.7
What model# additional satellite did you get? It was a 3 pack so the 773 - Hardware version on all 3 is RBE770.
Does the playstaions connect to the RBR and are seen there? The Playstations connect via Wifi and Wired but only appear in the App and Web page if on WIFI
Are the game consoles seen on the RBRs web page at all? Only if WIFI - Yet my Hive Hub which is wired to the Main Router node shows on both the app and web page.

So only seems to be the play stations not showing on either WEB page or Orbi app when ethernet connected at the RBR or RBS?
What browser are you using to check the WEB UI? Happens in other browsers? MS Edge, Firefox or Opera?
Has a power cycle OFF of the RBR and RBS for 1 minute then back ON been performed since last FW update?
Wondering if a factory reset could help...
