2.4 ghz connection issues
I have Xfinity internet with a NETGEAR Nighthawk CM3000 modem and a NETGEAR Orbi AX3000 router(RBK653). The internet is great we receive 6 ghz connection on wifi throughout the house; but, I recently purchased the Kohler Moxie wifi showerhead and speaker and have been unable to connect it to my home internet. Speaking with Kohler it appears the system requires a 2.4 ghz connection. I utilized the Orbi app to to change my Iot connection to solely a 2.4 ghz connection and not the 2.4 and 5 ghz but the speaker still can't connect to the home wifi. When I connect my phone to the Iot connection it still shows I have a 6 ghz connection to the system. Any suggestions?

The 600 series doesn't support 6Ghz. Only 2.4 and 5Ghz.
What firmare version is on the system?
If this is a 650 series Orbi, then if you need 2.4Ghz only connection, this model doesn't have FW support for v7 which implemented a separate IoT network for 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz.
One thing you can try, find you a 2ndary wifi router, older or something current, borrow something. Set this router up off line from the internet and set it's wifi SSID name and password to same as what you have on the Orbi system. Get the device connected to this router. If it does connect to this router, then turn OFF this router. The device will and should auto connect to the Orbi system.
