COSTCO RBR750 2 Satellites slow wired speeds
I just bought an OBI RBR750 from Costco with 2 Satellites. My home has Cox Gigablast (1,000MB/S) and is wired so each Satellite has the wired backhaul. In my office, I use Satellite 1's additional port to go through a TP link 5 gigaport switch. My problem is the connected devices (a PC and Xbox) are only getting 94MB/S!!! If I bypass the ORBI and connect each device directly to the cable modem they are getting 800MB/S+. I have tested by going through the switch and w/o switch direct to the devices and the switch is not the problem.
Just to add a little more to the picture, I have an IMAC right next to the ORBI router and it consistently gets over 300MB/S wireless. Why is the wired component to the satellite so slow?
Problem 2: I had used the app to test the internet speed to the ORBI router and it was always 700MB/S+ but now all of a sudden, every time I try and test the speed through the ORBI app I get a 'connection failed' error and hitting 'try again' alwyas produces the same result.
My firmware is 3.2.16.6 and appears to be the most up to date. I am not loving my ORBI right now!!!!! Can anyone shed some light?

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://https://https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
