Déconnexion AP mode Orbi RBK852

Good morning
I always have disconnections, it starts with the satellite that disconnects but I placed it at 6m in open field. Then there is the router 2 or 3 times during the day sometimes the same fixed pink while it works.
I made in addition the following adjustments:
I have sonos at home on channel 1, so I'm on channel 5 in 2.4G, there are no nearby speakers so there is little noise.
Cohabitation 20/40MHZ disabled
cts/rts threshold at 2347 and short preamble mode for 2,4 and 5ghz networks as well.
Another problem I have a subscription ISP 1Gbs down and 500 Mbs up,
I check it on an apple tv connected in wifi via speedtest about 960 mbps downlink and 500 mbps uplink, but when I do the test in wifi with a wifi 6 device (iphone 11), I get painfully 330 mbps downlink while I have 500 mbps uplink, weird right?
On the forum there is a lot of disconnection problem on this product, isn't it a firmware problem ? ( I downloaded the last one )
Can you help me

  • Your Apple TV is wifi 5 (802.11 ac) and its max speed  is 867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band.

Did you try another wireless device with wifi 5 (ac) on the 5 GHz band?

Did you try another wireless device with wifi 6 (ax) on the 5 GHz band?

My apple tv and gigabit ethernet so no worries,
otherwise I made measurements with wifi 5 and wifi 6 devices and it's the same result : 330Mbps instead of 900Mbps.
But I insist my problem is the disconnections, I have just connected the satellite in ethernet and I have the impression that it works better.
I saw on the forum that this model had problems in access point mode and blackhaul problems.

About the frequent disconnections, you might have a lot of electromagnetic interference due to other wireless devices... but if it's not so you might instead have a defective router or a defective satellite.

  • What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router

Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz. Channel 5 should not be set as a manual channel.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Try disabling the following and see:
IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

Be sure that CTS and RTS values are changed to 2346 under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

      Good morning, sir,

The internet provider is bouygues telecom.
I made your settings but it's not better.
I specify that I'm in access point mode, so the settings are limited for example any unused channel on 5Ghz.
The house is 150m2 and the 2 systems are 7m apart.
There is no Wifi Neighbors near .
