I have a RBRE960 and 2 satellites
Same here, I have a RBRE960 and 2 satellites. Purchased it in May 2023, worked always fine till last week, when I had a power failure, did a reset and restarted the modem, router, and satellites as described...... no results. The router shows a white light and starts blinking. After a minute or so it shows no light and doesn't do anything.
The 2 satellites are connected to the router via WIFI and work still fine, with good stable internet. But I can't connect or reinstall the app and connect to the router.
Looks like something is wrong with one of the internet frequencies.
After doing a speed test from my computer, it looks like the speed is only 60% of the speed before.
Contacting Netgear in the Netherlands doesn't work, if you are outside the 2 years warranty (one can buy a new service contract, but I would like to contact them first and discuss what the issue can be.
any help is welcome!

I managed to get support from Netgear in the end. On their recommendation, I did a reset (Factory Reset) via the button at the back, this did work out after quite some time.
The ORBI app took tome time to setup, but in the onend it worked.
I also had the ORBI app installed als my Ipad and used this to do the setup initially.
I guess that the cause was due to the power cycling at the time of the power failure. At that time my feeling is that something went wrong with the startup of the router.
