I have one RBR750 and two RBS750 Satellites.

I have one RBR750 and two RBS750 Satellites.   They are currently running on firmware code V7.2.7.15_5.1.16.  Netgear support page states that there are two newer releases.

 

I have my devices set to perform "auto" updates but, they do not upgrade to the newer versions.  When I run the "Check" for upgrade I get a response that no upgrade is available.

 

I have opened a ticket with support but no response on why yet.

 

On a side note I have open multiple tickets lately so far, I am confused on the level of responses.  Does anyone have an insight on how to escalate a ticket?  I am not sure that Netgear understands that the quality of your technical support impacts future sales.
