I have one RBR750 and two RBS750 Satellites.
I have one RBR750 and two RBS750 Satellites. They are currently running on firmware code V7.2.7.15_5.1.16. Netgear support page states that there are two newer releases.
I have my devices set to perform "auto" updates but, they do not upgrade to the newer versions. When I run the "Check" for upgrade I get a response that no upgrade is available.
I have opened a ticket with support but no response on why yet.
On a side note I have open multiple tickets lately so far, I am confused on the level of responses. Does anyone have an insight on how to escalate a ticket? I am not sure that Netgear understands that the quality of your technical support impacts future sales.

So sometimes NG support doesn't push FW to ALL Orbi users. They used to however caused problems. Now days they seem to push new FW out in small batches. So if your system doesn't see it, doesn't mean you can't still get updates.
If you want new FW on your system, then users have the ability to update FW using the manual way and you can do this with this guide: Procedure to Manually Firmware Update Orbi and Nighthawk Mesh systems. | NETGEAR CommunitiesI use this all the time and works well.
Besure to update the RBS FIRST, then the RBR lastly.
