Internet dropping on Orbi V4.6.3.16_2.0.51

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have an Orbi Router with Satellites.In the past sometimes internet dropped for a minute or two, it quickly resolved itself. I thought it was related to my ISP.But today internet connection is dropping continuesly. If I reboot my Router and then it works again for a while, so it's related to the router, not my ISP.Router info:Hardware VersionRBR750&nbsp;Firmware VersionV4.6.3.16_2.0.51&nbsp;GUI Language VersionV3.0.1.2_2.1.30.3&nbsp;Operation ModeRouter&nbsp;LAN Port&nbsp;&nbsp;MAC Address38:94:ED:48:C7:BF&nbsp;IP Address192.168.1.1&nbsp;DHCPOn&nbsp;Router firmware is on&nbsp;V4.6.3.16_2.0.51.Traffic meter is disabled.&nbsp;Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is causing quite some stress when working from home..&nbsp;Thanks, Ken&nbsp;

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?

Thank you, it seems I'm f**cked then.&nbsp;For me it always happens during an MS Teams call now, very frustrating.It seems there is not much to do other than a factory reset...&nbsp;

Hi&nbsp;FURRYe38&nbsp;, I did not know this topic was marked as solved. I did not do this but maybe I clicked wrong somewhere.&nbsp;Anyway. The problem is not solved. I've been working from the office mostly the last 2 weeks so problem was limited to my kids getting annoyed when playing Brawl Stars :-).&nbsp;Anyway, over the weekend I have been struggling with this problem again myself - A LOT :-).And then all of a sudden I seen an update available:&nbsp;V4.6.5.14_2.0.54I thought "yes!" but the problem is not gone and even seems to be getting worse.&nbsp;I also restarted both the router and the modem after the update.&nbsp;Anyways, here is the model number of my modem. Provider is Telenet in Belgium.-&gt; 24*8 DOC 3 WIRELESS(DOCSIS)&nbsp;My modem also contains a wireless network which is disabled. I'm going to enable that to "proove" that the problem is with Orbi: if Orbi says "no internet" and the wireless network on my modem still works, I hope this helps to get my money back if this does not get resolved.&nbsp;I'm already pretty sure since a reboot of the Orbi resolves the problem.&nbsp;Any other tips would be greatly appreciated!&nbsp;&nbsp;
