Level Connect hub keeps disconnecting from RBR750 network

[Update] Manually updated firmware on the two satellites, but they're still showing model as RBS750QV with an "update failed" status, even though they're now running the latest. Level Connect working for now, but will check again tomorrow.
Did you manually update the RBS first then RBR lastly using there web page to update to FW, then perform a factory reset on the entire system to see of the QV changed? Was reported by those effect with this QV issue that this was fixed in latest version of FW.
