Did you manually update the RBS first then RBR lastly using there web page to update to FW, then perform a factory reset on the entire system to see of the QV changed? Was reported by those effect with this QV issue that this was fixed in latest version of FW.

RBR and one of the RBS satellites were already running latest firmware, so I just did the two other RBS one at a time. No factory reset, just rebooted the system through the web interface.

RBS needs to be updated first before the RBR, then RBR lastly. Factory reset the system then set up from scratch. QV issue should be resolved for each RBS:
