Moving from RBK23 to RBK753 and having issues!

Question

Hi thereMoving from my old RBK23 (1 router and 2 satellites hardwired) system to a new RBK753 ( 1 router and 2 satellites hardwired) system and having massive issues with the move over.I disconnected the entire RBK23 system and replaced with the RBK753 system exactly as I had.Ran the Orbi app and setup new system. Everything works until checking internet connection and says not detected. I’ve tried different network cables and that isn’t working. I’ve tried to only hardwired the modem (bridged) to the router and nothing else (switch which connects to the satellite) and this doesn’t work.Nothing seems to work!I’ve replaced the RBK753 and having the same issue so there’s obviously something wrong with my system but I can’t figure it out. The old RBK23 system works great with the original setup.Any thoughts?Thanks

What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Does your modem or ISP use PPPoE or DHCP for connections services? Something to ask the ISP about if you don't know.&nbsp;

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed?

Can’t answer the firmware question as I can’t create the network.Shaw XB6 modem in bridge. DHCP.Yes One minute off completed.

Try using a wired PC and web browser connected at 192.168.1.1 on the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard...

I’ll try that tomorrow.Has anyone experienced this with xb6 bridged? Send unusual that the RBK23 system has no issues.Would it be helpful to turn off the bridge and try setting up?The reason I ask is that this is the second RBK753 system I’ve had with the exact same issue. Must be something on my end…

Possible something between this particular modem and the new RBR system.&nbsp;
You can try the following with the modem as well:
1. Don't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.2. Try resetting the RBR and walking the setup wizard tomorrow and see if it reports anything during the setup and detection of internet.&nbsp;
