new AX4200 does not connect with previous satellites
Please help. I had an Orbi AX4200 WiFi 6 High-Performance Router (RBR750) with two satellites that worked fine from Nov '21 to June '22. The router crapped out and I could not purchase another router so I had to purchase another full system (this time with same AX4200 but only one satellite). Now I have one AX4200 router and three satellites. The two older (previous system) satellites will NOT connect with the new router - I've tried the app, add a satellite, online via router login, factory reset on everything, reboot, restart - nothing will get the router to 'find' the two satellites. To make things worse, the new satellite now has no power - no lights on back, no flashing white light, magenta or blue light, will not connect. The router does supply wifi signal to my house. Nothing else. What do I do? How do I get the new router to 'find' the two satellites?
I'm not an expert but I do have fundamental understanding of what we are trying to do here - I just can't get this to work by myself. đ

What FW version is ON the RBR and do you know what FW version is on the RBS? Sounds like the FW is not the same on the RBR as whats on the RBS. They all need to be at the same version level of FW.
Can you connect the RBS via ethernet and see if they show up with an IP address that you can use to access the RBS web page?

Here is what I found on the RBS:
Hardware Version RBR750 Firmware Version V4.6.5.14_2.0.54 GUI Language Version V3.0.1.2_2.1.30.3 Operation Mode Router LAN Port MAC Address 6C:CD:D6:F5:80:C0 IP Address 192.168.1.1 DHCP On - las2305Aspirant
And here's the weird thing - I don't have ANY of the satellites plugged in or turned on but my netgear login to router page shows this:
How can I have a satellite connected when none are plugged in?
