ORBI 960 Strange Issues
I have had this system working well for almost 2 years but today a good part of my network is not functioning. First in the web interface it shows the 2 satellites disconnected but I can put the IP address in web browser and see both of them. Any of the network connected through ethernet to satellites all work, but they are not listed in router address table. I also find any 2.4 network wireless items are off line( I have 2.4 IOT setup and use to work fine and in router states all working but even with phone Wi-Fi search cannot find IoT Wi-Fi which I could before. I also when logged in each satellite the 2.4 part says disabled. I never updated the firmware and suspect it auto updated and that caused issues. Both satellites when logged in web interface show same firmware 7.2.8.8 as does the router when checked.
I had the original Orbi RBR50 which worked awesome all the way till 2 years ago and it struggled due to amount of network clients I have in home so upgrade to the 960 system with 2 satellites which mostly been good until today. What and how do I get 2.4 wireless working and why are the satellites and connected devices to them not showing up in router table even though they are working

How are the RBS ethernet connected to the RBR? Directly behind the RBR or is there any kind of LAN switch or LAN patch panel in between?
What channels are you using on the RBR?
I just had my 850 series online with FW v7.2.8.8 on and was working well aside IPv6.

I know my 960 always responded well to a factory reset/reinstall. Have you tried that? One of the first things I usually try when I run into unusual errors like that
