Orbi app and admin not showing all online devices

I've noticed recently that when I check online devices on both the Orbi app and the admin access website, it's not showing various devices as online when I know for a fact they are. Such as the desktop I'm using to access the admin website or the smartphone I'm using to access the app. Both of which are connected to the orbi network but are showing as offline on both app and admin site. Same issue with smart speaker streaming at the time of checking.

Anyone else experiencing this?

      Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

        No. I'd hoped I woulnd't have to do that after a simple update. Is that the best thing to try?
