Orbi RBK752

I cannot get into my router (Orbi151)- it doesn't like my password (or username, hard to say which) and when I answer my  security questions (correctly), I get this message:"The information you entered does not match what is saved on the router. Please try again."

 

I am at a complete loss and have no idea where to go from here. Does anyone have any ideas (short of buying a whole new system)?

  • You can factory reset it. 

    That clears everything back to the defaults. 

    Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on. 

    That'll get you back to the default 

    default login: admin

    default password: password

  • Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum.   • Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 15 seconds then let go. Power OFF the ISP modem for 30 seconds than back on. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
