RBKE963B Frequent buffering with streaming
Recently upgraded from a Nighthawk router to #RBKE963B MESH. I never had any buffering issues with the Nighthawk, but have had frequent buffering issues while streaming (e.g. Netflix, Amazon) since the upgrade to the RBKE963B. The TV and receiver are Cat6 wired to the #RBKE963B, so it's not a wifi issue. I've run speed tests using both Xfinity and Netgear tools; the internet upload and download speeds are not the issue.
Since the problems only began when the #RBKE963B was installed, any suggestions on how to best to resolve the problems?
Thanks in advance!
Sorry for the delay in responding - yes, disabling traffic monitoring did the trick. Thank you again for the assist!

What modem/gateway is the orbi connected to?
is the tv/receiver hardwired into the router or one of the satellites?
is ipv6 enabled?
What actual speeds do you pay for and receive?
Reason I ask this is some services such as netflix/amazon dynamically change your resolution. If you have a better connection, it might be negotiating a faster speed that your service isn't capable of.
It could also be the modems connection if its hardwired in. So its good to check that.

What modem/gateway is the orbi connected to?
Arris S33 cable modem; the modem is plug directly to the Orbi router.
is the tv/receiver hardwired into the router or one of the satellites?
The TV/receiver (Onkyo TX-NR686) is hardwired to a CISCO SG102-24 switch. The switch is hardwired to the Orbi router.
The TV/Receiver is operating using the most current Onkyo firmware.
